As a lifelong Kansas City resident, Parker maintains a large circle of contacts across the metro. During college, Parker interned at North Terrace Property Management where he managed property tours, maintenance and marketing. In this role, Parker gained valuable insight into customer service and how to communicate with customers in an efficient and effective way. Parker also worked with ADI Designs, a local architectural design firm that specializes in high-end stone and caststone. Through this experience, he gained first-hand knowledge of the home-building process and interacted regularly with builders and architects.
Parker’s transition to a career in real estate was a natural fit, based on his work history and love for meeting people. Parker’s personable, diligent and trustworthy approach supports his professional interaction with clients and vendors across Kansas City. Prior to joining Bradshaw Ghavami Group as a Marketing Coordinator, Parker worked part-time for the team with an emphasis on commercial real estate.
Parker graduated from the University of Kansas in 2016 with a degree in Business. During his time at KU, Parker served as the Greek Ambassador for the University as a member of Delta Upsilon. Parker is an avid sports player and fan. He was all-state in soccer and golf at St. Thomas Aquinas and won a National Championship for High School Soccer in 2009 in both ESPN and Adidas polls. Parker volunteers as a basketball coach with his father for 6th graders at Holy Cross. He also supports the ALS Association.
