Ralph’s passion to serve the Kansas City community makes him a natural at real estate. In his role with Bradshaw Group, Ralph applies his attitude of service to benefit our clients. Buying or selling a home fall among the most significant decisions people will make. You can rely on Ralph’s integrity to guide you throughout this important process!

Originally from Southern California, Ralph has been a resident of the Kansas City area since 2000. After more than 30 years in the fireworks industry, Ralph sought a career change. The ability to be self-employed and help others drew Ralph to pursue real estate in 2009. As a homeowner for nearly 48 years, Ralph can offer practical advice to clients based on first-hand experience and a solid understanding of many home systems. Ralph is also a good listener and uses this skill to assess a client’s wants and needs. This trait is also valuable during the negotiation process.

Ralph is a past-president with Dream Factory of Greater Kansas City and currently serves on the organization’s Board as the Director of Fundraising. Related to this, in 2014 he received the “Community Service Award” from the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. Ralph is also on the cutting edge of real estate technology as the owner of RealAerial, a company that takes aerial video and photography of residential and commercial real estate and land with the use of a Remote Pilot Certificate and a registered quad-copter drone.

Ralph lives in the Asbury Villas in Olathe with his wife of 52 years, Elaine. They have two sons, Marcus and Paul, as well as granddaughters, Marissa, Ashley and Claire, and a grandson, Bennett. In his free time, you’re likely to find Ralph spending time with his grandchildren, listening to his son Paul, who is an ATC, pickleball or fishing.
