Open houses are a great way to maximize time and traffic for a property listed for sale. We will work with you to determine dates for these events that are convenient for your schedule, but traditionally open houses are most often held on weekend afternoons.
We might also recommend a broker tour. These are normally held on a weekday when agents are available to tour and provide non-bias feedback on the location, price and condition of your home compared to what they are seeing across the market. Broker tours are also a good way to raise awareness of your property among area agents who may be representing potential buyers!
All open houses will be promoted in advance of the event in a variety of ways, including on your listing, in bulletins to agents and through social media.
