Whitney brings a strong sense of community pride to Bradshaw Group, as well as a natural ability to put clients first. A long-time Kansas City resident, Whitney received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Development at Missouri State University in Springfield, Mo. and her Master of Arts degree in Early Childhood Curriculum and Instruction at University of Missouri, Kansas City. Whitney went on to complete her Juris Doctor degree at Washburn University in Topeka. Her prior work experience ranges from legal case work and mediation to development for area non-profits.
Whitney’s enthusiasm for Kansas City and its myriad communities, combined with the excitement of home ownership for others, led her to embark on a career in real estate in 2017 when she joined our team. As a home owner and real estate investor, Whitney shares her skills as a trained advisor, advocate and mediator to help our clients invest in real estate. Her legal and mediation training taught Whitney to be a focused listener and fierce, yet fair advocate. You will find Whitney’s business approach to be direct and client focused. Her hometown pride is contagious and Whitney is excited to help more people make the Kansas City area their hometown!
Whitney lives with her husband, Gerard, in Kansas City, Mo. The couple enjoys supporting locally-owned restaurants and businesses around their neighborhood in the Waldo and Brookside communities. Whitney has worked with a variety of local non-profit organizations both in professional roles, and as a volunteer. Whitney has shared her time and talents as a volunteer for Heartland Therapeutic Riding and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).
