Olathe Front

If you’re house-hunting in Olathe on Sunday (Feb. 17), swing by and visit us at an open house located in the Spring Meadow subdivision at 17442 W. 158th Terrace from 1 to 3:30 p.m. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a spacious open floor plan and much more! We hope to see you there!

Can’t make it Sunday but want to see it another time? Call me at (913) 980-2434.

One of my goals as a realtor is to be as accessible to my clients as possible. I know that buying or selling a home is a huge commitment and investment, and I do my best to be available to answer your questions.

I also feel like part of my job is to share information I learn along the way with you – whether it’s a great new listing, market updates or an announcement of a new restaurant or shop coming to town. So, if you haven’t already, I hope you’ll subscribe to this blog and join me on Facebook and Twitter. Of course, you can always reach me via phone at (913) 980-2434, email at [email protected] and online at kchousehunters.net!

I’m fortunate to have such a great network of clients, friends and family, and enjoy using these different outlets to stay connected with all of you. Chances are if you’re reading this you already know me, but if not, or if you would like to “introduce me” to someone who might need a realtor, please “meet me” through this YouTube video I created …

If you’re hoping to buy a new home or investment property in 2012, there’s still plenty of time. Check out our current listings – we have a great variety of properties for sale across the metro and would love to show them to you.

Give me a call at (913) 980-2434 to schedule a viewing!

In case you missed it, last week we launched our KC House Hunters real estate app available for iPad, iPhone and Android devices. Download it for FREE and let me know what you think! It puts our home search tools at your fingertips, and includes a Home Scan feature that allows you to scan your surroundings for homes for sale and view a radar display with direction and proximity from your current location.

Of course I’m biased, but I think this app is fantastic. And, one of the best things about apps is they are so easy to share with others. Here are a few of my other favorites, if you want to check them out, too:

Trip Log:  I use this to track my mileage – it’s great for business professionals who track for expenses.

Sound Hound:  I love music and like to know the artist or album name. This takes care of that!

ColorSnap:  This Sherwin Williams app is a big help when trying to match colors in a home. You can also use it to look up a color you see and like.

If you love our new app, please pass it along! Thanks!
